Training: Learning about PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance)

This training covers the covers the The Core Characteristics of Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), a disorder among Autism people and as a Support Worker, you may have clients with it who require understanding and education to be able to work with and assist them the best you can. Parents and therapists who refer clients to Autism & Beyond often ask if our team members have experience in this area, so we are now committed to providing you with education and tools to be able to work with children who have this. You have 7 days to complete this from when you start. If you do not pass the first attempt you will have one more attempt due for completion and 100% pass within the next 7 days. Therefore you have 14 days all up to complete two attempts and pass. You need to complete attempt #1 by the end of the full second week of the month to allow enough time for a re-do and completion by the 30th of the month.
