By registering to attend Parents/Guardians agree that all attendees/participants are medically cleared to perform physical activities that require a low level of fitness/physical ability and that any related health conditions/symptoms will be provided verbally to Clint PRIOR to the start of the class no earlier than 10 minutes prior.​

​

Current QLD Health Covid-19 rules and regulations apply regarding sickness signs/symptoms or positive testing.

​

Activities may include, but are not limited to, running/jogging around, throwing, catching, jumping, crawling, touching other people, touching grass/sand/dirt, ducking.

​

Bookings and full payment is required by 6pm AEST the day before. Minimum of one (1) child and one (1) adult per booking.

 

Late bookings and 'walk-ins' may be welcome if there is availability in the classes which is decided upon by Autism & Beyond. If so, this will be stated on the individual website page relating to each individual class.

​

Participants need to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the class start time to meet Clint.

​

Accepted 'walks-ins' must pay via credit card/debit card via the Square reader upon arrival before class starts.

​

NDIS funding may be available - retain booking receipt to make a claim. GST is applicable and added to the invoice for all non-NDIS participants, as indicated on the booking form.

Autism & Beyond reserves the right to change/cancel the class due to bad weather and/or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be made to the purchaser should they not be able to attend the next date proposed, either via Square or bank transfer with details (bank account name, number and BSB) provided by purchaser to info@autismandbeyond.com.au within five (5) days of the original class date.

If there are light showers class will go ahead. If Clint deems it too wet or there's a storm warming he will cancel the class and advise parents/guardians via text/email ASAP.

​

Parents/guardians not participating in activities at any given time must be nearby and responsible for children at all times. The classes are not providing a 'drop off' service for children. 

 

The venue is Sunshine Coast Regional Council land and attendees must abide by the governing rules/laws as such.

​

​We ask that cancellations are made no later than two hours prior, however by 6pm the day before is ideal, as there is a minimum number of participants needed for classes to go ahead.
