Our support work is all about helping kids build real skills, independence, and strong, trusting connections that last beyond each session, all while working toward their individual NDIS goals. We focus on children and teens who don’t need high-level personal care but would thrive with a warm, positive mentor who really “gets” them, whether they’re autistic, have ADHD, or sensory differences.

Who is this for?
Our support work is designed for children and teens who don’t require high-level behavioural or personal care but would benefit from having a trusted mentor to build social skills, confidence, independence, and practical life skills in a supportive, fun way.
Currently available across the Sunshine Coast and Noosa regions. We focus on local families so we can build strong, consistent connections and meaningful community experiences.
Our Support Workers
We have male and female support workers from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. This allows us to match your child with someone they feel comfortable with — someone who truly understands them and can help them grow confidently.
Many families use self-managed or plan-managed NDIS funding to access our services. We’re happy to talk this through and make it easy for you.

Our support workers provide the highest level of care for their clients, and we care about the little things. Building connections and providing a support plan that aligns with your children's goals is at the centre of what we do, and this education-based approach boosts confidence and self-esteem in children with ASD.
Reliability
We pride ourselves on punctuality and reliability; if our Support Worker misses a session or arrives late, we credit the family 2 hours of support work. Your child is our top priority, and we deliver meaningful support that helps them grow emotionally and physically.
Personalised Support
We go the extra mile for our clients. We provide personal introductory videos to ease anxiety prior to the first meet-and-greet, and we value building solid connections with our clients. Our support workers remain consistent. We don’t switch support workers unless absolutely necessary, and we respect routine and regularity. This is how we build rapport and trust.
Nature-Based Care
Much of the support work we provide focuses on nature. We use nature-based play and learning to help children with sensory challenges become more confident and capable in their natural environment. This learning-based approach has proven beneficial, with many of our clients becoming increasingly comfortable and interested in the outdoors.
