Here at Autism & Beyond, we go the extra mile to support your child with ASD in their essential development years. Our disability support workers make a real difference to families with neurodiverse children and help take some of the stress out of raising a child, or children, on the spectrum.
It's okay to need support when raising children experiencing low-level neuro-developmental and ASD challenges. We understand you want to give them the best life possible, and our support workers can help you achieve that.
We provide essential respite and genuine care for every child we work with and their families across the Sunshine Coast and Noosa regions.
Support Work for Children

One of our superstar Support Workers could be the right fit for your needs. We are caring and punctual and go the extra mile for your whole family!
Sessions are available before school from 6 am, within school hours, after school until 8 pm, on weekends and during school holidays.
Currently available on the Sunshine Coast and Gympie.
We have male and female Support Workers of various ages, backgrounds, and abilities who can assist you and your family. Look no further for a disability support worker who is experienced in autism support and supporting people with mental health conditions.
NDIS funding may be available.
To secure the booking, the new client intake form MUST be submitted within 24 hours of the appointment request approval, or it may be cancelled.

We go the extra mile for our clients. We provide personal introductory videos to ease anxiety prior to the first meet-and-greet, and we value building solid connections with our clients. Our support workers remain consistent. We don’t switch support workers unless absolutely necessary, and we respect routine and regularity. This is how we build rapport and trust.
Nature-Based Care
Much of the support work we provide focuses on nature. We use nature-based play and learning to help children with sensory challenges become more confident and capable in their natural environment. This learning-based approach has proven beneficial, with many of our clients becoming increasingly comfortable and interested in the outdoors.
