Sunshine Coast & Noosa | Casual 1:1 Role

We are seeking exceptional Support Workers to mentor autistic children (Level 1–2) across the Sunshine Coast and Noosa regions.

This role is about more than shifts.
It is about building confidence, emotional regulation and real-world independence in children who rely on consistent, thoughtful support.

We operate to professional standards. Families trust us deeply, and communication, preparation and accountability matter here.

This position suits people seeking structured, meaningful experience — whether you are building a career in a related field or looking for long-term, purpose-driven work supporting autistic children.

We onboard a limited number of team members each intake.

Coverage Areas

Southern: Landsborough to Maleny, down to Caloundra
Central: Maroochydore to Coolum, out to Nambour
Northern: Peregian to Noosa
