For carers/advocates of potential new clients who cannot get in touch with us themselves for whatever reason. For a 20-min phone chat appt where Clint calls a carer/advocate/parent/guardian of an adult re their new client enquiry. >>> IMPORTANT: The email you receive immediately after this booking is manually approved contains a link to a New Client Enquiry Form - this MUST be submitted within 24-hours or we'll have to cancel and you rebook the appointment. >>> IMPORTANT: If you only have a couple of questions you can't find answers to on our website and aren't quite ready to start the process of booking in for this service, choose the 'QUICK PHONE CHAT APPOINTMENT' option instead of this type of appointment.
